Banana Peel Caramel Sauce



100 g Banana Peels

100 g Brown Sugar

100 g Water


Prep Method

1. Chop the banana peels and caramelize with sugar in a pan, cook for about 10 minutes.

2. Add water, cook for another 10 minutes and blend the mixture. Add more water if necessary. Strain through a fine sieve and refrigerate.
